Video recording available: Social justice, inclusive design and open educational practices seminar

On the 9th July, we hosted a virtual seminar and discussion as part of our project. A full video recording of the session is now available here:

There was a great interest in the event -we had 130 registrations from around Australia and from different parts of the world.

The seminar, which was chaired by Matt Brett (Director, Academic Governance and Standards at Deakin University) features a presentation by Anne Lennox (Associate Director, Library Services Teaching and Research at RMIT), and a subsequent discussion on the need for policy adjustments and equity initiatives to address local and international digital divides. The discussions were timely as higher education deals with major changes in the wake of COVID-19.

At the end of the seminar, we received great feedback from participants who asked for more events like these to continue discussions on open educational practices and framework.
